i couldn't agree with you more.
i think that if you write an extremely long explanation, than you might need actual help.

Well then don't read them if you hate them so much... makes sense, doesn't it?
Actually, YOUR question annoys me. It makes you sound like an idiot. Even though you are probably of average intelligence.
Yahoo Answers is not for boredom, it's for people who generally want to help others out and answer the questions they understand.
If you have a problem with that, go someplace else.

Some of us need a lot of information to understand the
problems and help people come up with a solution. Short
questions are not the best most of the time, specially
if it is something extremly important/deep.
If you "really really really really" hate the long ones,
then don't read them. :p
Sometimes a short explanation (like yours) is enough to
come up with a solution (like mine!), but that's not the way
it is most of the time with certain things. :p

What I hate reading is when a person puts down someone for having a long question but that same person can say something like "does that s h i t anyone else".. What the
h e l l does that mean?

I notice it, but don't mind it. I think people would read a really long question/problem if it's interesting enough. And there's no need to type a sentence in all caps.

Some people need help worse than others. Some people are more stressed and need to talk about their problems more than others. Others just don't know how to express what they are going through in a few words. Patience is a virtue. I'd bet if you needed someone, you would hope that they would read your entire situation before giving advice.

Only when the details provided aren't relevant to answering the question (which is quite often). However, you always have the option to not answer the question (and thus, are spared having to read the soap opera novel that precedes it).

It depends. Sometimes short questions like, "She looks at me in class, does she like me" are idiotic and I do not bother with them because there is not enough information.
I appreciate the long questions as long as it makes sense.
