Do you really need to ask that question? There are so many things that could be wrong with your cat, yes you need to take her in. You need to go to a 24 hour vet clinic. Your cat could be suffering and you need to run tests to figure out whats going on. If you cannot afford to run tests, please don't get another animal. I'm really not trying to put you down, I'm glad to hear that you care enough to ask for help, but now you need to get help. Maybe your cat is just comming down with a URI (upper respitory infection) or is just not feeling well. But it could be something way worse. Since no one here can see your pet no one can tell you whats wrong. If it were me I would take it to the vet.

She sounds very sick. Cats are really good at hiding their problems in order to avoid drawing attention to themselves when their health is declining, it is a way of protecting themselves in the wild when they are weak, an evolved mechanism to survive. So, when she can't even lift her head up even if she wants to smelling the food in the air, and is vomiting, you know this is serious. 90% of people here agree, stop hesitating and put your cat before yourself for once! TAKE HER TO THE VET unless you want her to suffer and possibly die
...and yes I'm yelling!
There are emergency vets opened 24 hrs, be a good dad tonight.

I think you may have just fed her something wrong or she may have gotten into something bad, I would consider the vet if she goes for more than a few day's without food. Although I think she needs grass, they eat that to get bad stuff out of there system.
She may have worm's or a hairball,
Try hairball medicine maybe, if they get a very big one they cant get it out and it makes them sick. She might have worm's and that makes them sick as well, worm's come from fleas so check to make sure she has no fleas and no worm's.

Please hurry up and see a vet! My kitten just died because I didn't get to a vet soon enough. If it's late right now and there's not a regular vet clinic open go to an emergency vet that's open all night! I think your cat definitely needs medical attention ASAP!

If you care for the cat then definitely yes.
Loss of appetite is a serious symptom in cats and dogs and should be looked at by a vet IMMEDIATELY.
If the cat is acting that far out of her normal routine, then spending a few dollars to get her checked out is what you need to do immediately.

My opinion is to go ahead and see the Vet, your cat voimted, which happens moreso than people think, but the laziness can oftentimes mean indigestion, or something a lot more serious.
Good luck, and try to get the cat help :).
-------------------------------------
Edit-
How did I know more than a few people would just start screing "OMG LYK TAKE THEM 2 A VET AS SOON AS U CAN!."
Why can't you talk coherently, and calmly? You obviously dont know what your talking about. I work at a vet clinic, I deal with these things. If you dont have any experience or knowledge dcont start screaming the cat needs a vet.

Take her to a vet immediatley. If a cat goes off it's food, there is usually something seriously wrong, and you have no time to waste.

Yeah, you should take her to the vet. She is obviously rather sick and needs some kind of treatment. Best of wishes to your little sick kitty.
