im not really sure what tat ink gone is, but i do hear that when removing a tatoo, they use a machine that burns the layers of skin off that were colored by the tatoo. if i were you, i would rather use concealer to cover my tatoo up insted of doing that... even if you are a guy.

sorry, it's an absolute scam - it doesn't get rid of tattoos, the ink's under the skin, and the cream doesn't budge it (although it may fade it... very slightly)
the only way of getting rid of a tattoo is to get it laser-treated, which is expensive, and you'll need several sessions. that's why tattoos are generally for life...

i have heard that it doesnt work? your best bet would be to just get it lasered off in stages.
