It is a neverending story. We find one truth, which leads us on a path to discover another, which leads us to journey on another path to find yet another truth, continuing and never ending.

It resonates truth and works quite well for me. Sorry I don't have the creative touch like (((Kalevala's))) poem!

Not so sure that a chase is needed....I seek truth...value it greatly...hold it dear...believe that no matter how harsh a truth, it is better to know than to be in the dark....believe that the truth can set you free...but I think seeking may be enough...truth has repeatedly shown me amazing things that I did not seek or chase...it was just spontaneously given...as if I was at the right place at the right time to see something special....I think Lady Truth recognizes and appreciates our quest for her and so shares more of herself with us...Again that eternal circle....

I think Mr. Darrow was trying to help us find truth by using a flamboyant challenge and illustrating how good it would be for us. Cheers, Mr. Darrow

I am not English, reading things like this is almost like reading Qur'an, I have to THINK, "what does it REALLY MEANS".
Hell it's hard.
(laugh...I dont even know what coattails is).

Just picking bits and pcs.
Chase after truth .....
I thought our own intelect lead us to truth when we set it free.

Let it be and it will be.

You do what you think it's right and you able to do, happy with it and true happiness will come to you. (material & spiritual).
That's what I did when I was young.
Then I got married and have a child also step children , lost my "let it be" attitude, and I started to think, to count, to wish, to nag, get disappointed, insult, have fun, feel released, but .... nothing like before.

No more : "let it be and it will be".
I love something, somebody, someconditions, some positions etc., more than I should do or could do. That's when sufferring appears.

know
that you will not
touch the coattails of all truths.
