Yes, but no ships. Only certain Career fields have offices in London( CTs and ISs, mostly).
Hasn't been a Port visit by any Ship or Sub to Great Britain in many years.

The UK and the US are both members of NATO. As such both use each other's ports. I believe there might be an actual US base there; can't remember.
And... uh... dont' think for a minute, no matter what the recruiter tells you, that you get to choose your duty station. You go where the Navy says you go.

There are big naval bases at Portsmouth, Plymouth, and Faslane, with a number of smaller ones at Rosythe, Pembroke Dock and Chatham.

like already said there are several ports that you can / will visit depending on what type of ship you are on and if they are doing that tour.
BUT there are a few JMF [Joint Maritime Facilities] around the country [UK] where you MIGHT be sent at some point, but highly unlikely until you have gained some rank and rate and a few others that are secret squirrel type places that unless you are doing that job you have no need to know about.

The Navy has facilities all over the world, but you don't get your choice! For up to date information, contact the Navy recruiter.
