Yes you can, I drove by the track on Friday last year 2 days before the race and already saw many campers parked out and peole having what looked like lots of fun. Plus it's a great track to see a race. Not one bad seat in the house and it's a fast track with no restrictor plates.

I go to the Fontana Race every year, and YES you can have a tailgate party there!!!! The Labor Day weekend race is a night race, but the fans get there early to tailgate, its great and a lot of fun! Its a great time to meet a lot of Nascar Fans too!

As far as I know you can tailgate at any race.
