Frostwire help?

I downloaded a few songs from frostwire. They are 100% completed but i still cant get them to go to itunes. I cant find frostwire on the thing where you can add a song to library. How do i get it to iTunes?

Open I-Tunes,
Click File,
Click add file to library,

There should be an I-tunes sub file in the library,
open it, and look at the very end of it.
Find the song and click on it , then click on open with...I-Tunes.
That's how I've got mine set up anyway.

Check your spelling too, as sometimes the wording on the file is different than the I-Tunes label. In that case, the song is already in your I-Tunes file, but it's alphabetically messed up, so just look for it.
