No, you can't, but learn to embrace it by thinking your parents were well-intentioned when they baptized you, just as they were when they decided your name, the school you attended, the clothes you wore, the food you ate, your daily activities, etc. You can't undo those either! And so what if you're baptized? If you are an atheist now you shouldn't worry about it because to you baptism has no meaning! You do the same thing everyday you take a shower, don't you? And don't blame your parents for that. Parents make decisions for us when we can't express ourselves, while we are not old enough to see what's good for us, or are they supposed to let us eat whatever we want or let us decide if we want to study or not? Same happens with religion. Catholics don't think we should wait until we're older because baptism makes us be sons and daughters of God. But then God invented free will also, so if you don't follow the Catholic doctrine, you should try somewhere else, but try to analize it first and don't obey your impulses. What if all of this is not a result of incompatibility with the religion but a thirst for independence? If it's a lack of independence as it looks to me, then the fight is not with Catholicism, but with your parents, and then you'll get through that phase sooner or later. Think about that and talk to your parents. I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for somehow.

Just because you were baptized a Catholic (against your own free will) does not mean that you are bound by that religion (i.e. being a Catholic). I too was born, raised and baptized as a Catholic and when I was old enough to decide that I did not want to be a Catholic, a Priest told me that if I turn my back on Catholicism, I was going straight to hell. Well, I have read my bible from front to back and studied it extensively, and NO WHERE in the bible does it say that I am going straight to hell because I turned my back on a set religion!

You do not have to undo your baptism, all you have to do is leave the church if you no longer want to be a Catholic.

You can't undo it. I'm not Catholic or Christian but I've went to a Catholic school for 4 years. In 7th grade last year, we learned all about it. Once you are baptized into Catholism, there's no way out really. You can however convert to another religion, but you will still be a Catholic no matter what you do. It is 100% impossible to be unbaptized. Sorry, but it's the truth! No matter what, you'll always be a Christian. EVEN if you conver to a different religion, and EVEN if it says that on the file that the government has on file of you. You'll always be Catholic no matter what. Kinda silly. I think it should be like Communion or Confirmation, where you get to learn about these things first, and then do it. I have a few Baptist friends. One girl didn't get baptised until she was either 11 or 12.

Well really when you are a baby your parents have choice of your will cause honestly you dont see much 1year olds or whatever standing up say oh no hoe, i dont wanna do this lol but um i think if you wanna go join another religion talk to someone who is in that religion that could possible convert you to it cause you cant really undo a baptism thats like the way your catholic so to become something else there is another way i guess.

I don't know if you are a believer any more or not. If you are not then it doesn't matter. If you are Atheist or Agnostic then baptism is meaningless anyway. If you are a believer and want to be another religion I would not worry about it in that case either. If you decide to believe another way you may get baptised according to that belief. Which is what you would consider correct anyway. Baptism is only an outward sign.

You cannot undo it. However, since I'm assuming you never went through confirmation, it doesn't really mean anything. When you are Catholic you are usually baptized as a baby, and then confirm your beliefs when you are old enough to make the decision yourself. This usually happens in high school.

First of all, baptism doesn't make you belong to that religion. If you don't believe in Jesus, then you are not a Christian no matter how many times you've been baptized. I'm not sure why you think 'religion is the worst', but you probably don't realize how many good things have come from Christianity, nor do you probably realize how forgiving and loving God is.

Being baptized does not make you religious. It is something that you want to do. I don't know where catholics got the idea that baptizing a baby removes original sin. In the New Testament, the ones who got baptized were aware of what was happening.

Your Baptism doesn't count...Christ was 30 when he got baptized...why....I think it is a decision only a dedicated informed Christian can make.

I was baptised as a Jehovah's Witness at 13..for that i am unable to speak to any of my family who are still JW's...i was Re-baptized 2 years ago as a born again christian.

Do you honestly think that Almighty God will say oh...she was baptized...must save her, when judgement day comes if you are not a follower of him?

I am sure you can't undo your baptism...however due to this concept of "free will" you can choose not to be Catholic and subscribe to some other religion or none at all.
