My mother-in-law's boyfriend is wanted in England and his visa here expired 4 yrs ago....I want him gone casue he beats her and she won't have him arrested.

i am sure that the INS has an office in chicago. It should be quite easy to find a number to call. just look in the government section of your phone book.

They're in the phone book. Problem is it probably won't result in the job stealing low lifes from getting kicked out of our country.

USICE (the successor to INS) does not take tips from the public. If the suspect has committed a crime, contact the Chicago Police Department. If not, then there's not much you can do.
