Try Tangs on Scotts Road, they've got a pretty decent housewares department. If not, ask around for a kitchen supply store. I know there's this store, sort of like an industrial Williams Sonoma in SG, I'm just not sure where it is.

you can buy them anywhere online and the cheaper the better

Any kitchen supplier. Sure you can find them in the mall. I'm sure Bed Bath and Beyond has them. The have all sorts of kitchen gadgets.

The last one I got, I found at K-mart. They're not expensive, and they're fun to watch. My kids love to see the kernels swirl around in the hot air, and to watch them pop up.

Target has these. Maybe Walmart. I know they have pop corn makers at Sams and Costco. You can also order them online at competitive prices. hope this helps.
