What is the TOAD driving school?

I live in Florida ( just in case this is state specific) and I was ordered to attend the TOAD driving school shortly after receiving a speeding ticket. Anyone ever heard of it? ANY info will help thanks a lot!

Traffic Offenders Awareness Driver program. I have included a link with info about the classes. It's 4 hours long and costs $50. Good luck.
