Taggers have many ways of getting their work in the wildest places you can imagine and most of the time it's to show their art work or that they will get it noticed by going to the extreme by putting it in really crazy places.

not sure.. but im guessing that its done during the night when the subway ( i think ) doesn't work.. and no one is wathcing
but i dont have a subway where i live so iwouldn't know

gangsta;s streeet people.some they just spray it than they just leave like normal and some are to chicken to do it in the sunlight so some might do it in the dark.i sprayed it in my school said"this school is fuxked up "=]

Paint remover/ acetone/ or just brillo pad(with sos) in it.
