Good luck. There are undelete programs, but if you have used your computer much since the recycle bin was emptied, they may all be gone.
Moral: Don't store stuff you want in the recycle bin!

Go to system restore and store from a earlier date. If they deleted or emptied your recyle bin this week just make it for this week or month whenever they deleted your stuff.

Try performing a system restore. in start menu got accessories- systems tool system restore

go to your recylcing bin
and click the files to restore
right click > restore

once the bin has been emptied, it's gone.
