While you are waiting to take him to the vet, wash the paw with warm water, and give him sips of cold water, or ice chips to drink. Wrap him in a warm blanket, (unless he doesn't like being confined,) untill you can get him to the emergency room.

You need to take him to the vet ASAP, when pupils are dilated or even changed this usually means he got into something bad. Also the paw needs to be treated as well. If you wait too long your cat could die. The sooner you get him in the better chance he has of living. I hope he gets better I'm sorry that happened to you. There is no medication that you can give him that a vet hasn't prescribed to you. no matter what anyone says you need to get him in ASAP, DON'T wait!!

He needs to go to the emergency vet ASAP. Any time a cat is having labored breathing or breathing funny, it is a medical emergency--if he can't breathe, he will die.

Call your nearest emergency center and take him there right away!

Immediately get him to the vet. There are 24 hour emergency vets if need be. Don't waste anymore time. Go now!

Get him to the vet and the vet will take some blood and be able to diagnose what's wrong.

You need to get him to a vet. There's no medicine to give him until you know exactly what is wrong with him. I hope he is ok.
