ok I'm American Citizen and my husband is Jordain. we are nervious about the questions they will be asking after we arrive in Immigration & Customs. also what will happen and if we need to pay a fee?

when you get off the big bird walk to the availbale counter for new immigrants the ice agent will check your papers Visa may ask some pertinent questions to you immigration issues there are no fees to be paid they were already paid by you when you sponsored him then get your luggage and welcome to your new home

There is nothing to be nervous about. They will ask for your passport, and they will stamp it. They will ask you questions about your luggage and whether or not you are carrying certain things (like alcohol, drugs, raw food, etc.). They may ask how long you are planning to stay in the US and for what purpose.

If there is any fee, then it will be included in the price of the ticket and the airline will pay it on your behalf.

Does he have a visa? Questions vary, depending on how much suspicion you raise. There shouldn't be a fee, except for the visa.
