If the 'white stuff' looks like little rice grains, it's most likely a tapeworm. Otherwise a lot depends on the age of kitty. A vet should be consulted. This is not normal

You don't say WHAT kind of white stuff.
Mucus? She could be old enough to be in heat if she's over 4 months old.
String? Was it something the cat ate that it wasn't supposed to have?
Thin and moving? It could be tapeworm or round worms.
Specks? Maybe she sat on something and it stuck there?
We can only guess, you didn't give us enough information to actually help you.

Honestly that white stuff might be worms...
Make sure you keep her/him updated with all the shots that the kitten needs..
