One's body could be either. The body was designed to be a temple for the Holy Spirit, but like any holy place, it can easily be transformed into a 7-11, or worse.
I'll bet most of us would not deface the Mona Lisa by drawing a mustache on her with a magic marker. Yet, our bodies are designed by a much greater artist than Leonardo da Vinci, and many people think little of driving ink into the skin with needles to permanently mar the work of the Creator.

I agree with some of the others!
5 days a week a temple the other 2 its an amusement park
oh wait reverse that!!

well in 1 Corinthians 6:19 it says this....
1Co 6:19 Do you not know that your body is a temple h of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
1Co 6:20 you were bought at a price. j Therefore honor God with your body.
and i live by God's word as closly as possible! And it also says in the bible(i can tpull it off the top of my head like that) that we are to wait till we are married to have a sexual relationship! And i have a true love waits ring if u know what that is! Basically its sayin that u pledge to your future spouse, parents, your church, your country and God that you will stay sexually pure until then! So my body it DEFINANTLY a TEMPLE!!

I don't really consider my body a temple, because I'm of of the dumb ones still smoking, but I work hard at eating the right things at least 90% of the time.
