The Future of the Workplace: No Office, Headquarters in Cyberspace - I'm there are you?

Some companies don't care where workers are as long as they get the job done. Imagine a work world with no commute, no corporate headquarters and perhaps not even an office in the physical world at all.

▼ I would love it, I get more done because of the lack of interruptions, and constant telemarketer phone calls. I know my boss wouldn't go for it, but I could see it happening in the near future, but just how hard will most employees work? ▼

Well of course it could only be with those companies who do not have "walk in" type traffic.

But I can see it cutting expenses for the Company and maybe meaning more income for the employees. Yippee

No office ?
Where would customers go who need to speak to a live human ?
No offices are for scammers looking to hide .
I like cyberspace , but sometimes you need to speak to a real live human (not hiding on the phone or email) .

I like Apple , because they are cyberspace AND stores .
I like Charles Schwab and Wells Fargo because they are cyberspace and stores . . .

The Nigerian 401s work from cyberspace only . . .
