I like a wet rub ::
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Smoked Peprika
1/2 tsp each Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Cayanne
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Mix together in a small bowl with the back of a spoon - you're making a paste. Separate skin from flesh with your fingers and rub all over and under. Let marinate over night or just grill.
Ummmmmmmm!

A combination of lemon pepper, and garlic powder, meat tenderizer (no MSG), black pepper, meat tenderizer. I don't use salt when grilling, as it can dry out the meat, and make it tough. Add it at the table. I have used (if you can find it,) Mullen's french dressing, as a marinade for no more than 30 min before grilling. It's a unique flavor. Good.

One bottle of italian dressing and one can of Pepsi-Cola. Sounds a little odd, but comes out wonderful!
