No you are perfect.
Just eat a sensable diet, do not starve yourself, because if you do not eat, your body will think it is starving, and will hold on to your fat. Eating right and exersising keeps your metabolism just right, by starving will slow it down.
Develop good eating and exersising habits while you are young, because when you get into your forties it becomes harder.
If you really want to keep your weight in check, avoid soda, drink water, eat plenty of fruit and veggies. Make sure you eat breakfast, eating a good breakfast will keep you from snacking and eating more at lunch and dinner. Watch the potato chips, etc and snack on plenty of fruit and veggies, even those laughing cow cheeses with a few crackers and some veggies are an excellent snack.

It sounds as if your shape physically is great. It seems that your physical growth has exceeded your emotional growth which is common at your age. Just wait a while and you will see all of your friends will be right there at the size you are at or even larger. Some of us top out earlier than others, that's all. I myself hit my full adult size by age 13 and felt like a freak. By then I was 5'7" and taller than most of the girls in my class and more than half the boys. By the time we all graduated high school, I was in the average range because I was still the same height and a lot of my friends had passed me up. I just got all my growing out of the way early. Of course it helps to eat a healthy diet no matter what.

exercising is not all. You have to eat properly. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid fried meat and junk foods. Second thing, be careful on the sugar free brand you are using. Those are artificial sweetners and some chemicals inside was rumored to increase the rate of cancer such as aspartame. Just be careful. Use normal sugar unless the doctor says so.

Start watching what you eat. High calorie foods arent good for you. Stay clear away from fatty foods (fastfood, chips, pop, candy, greasy/processed foods).
When your looking for a snack, try fruit or vegetables (try not having dip with it if you really want to watch your weight).
For breakfast have wholegrains and proteins (peanut butter, light cream cheese, 12 grain bagels, whole grain bread, NO BUTTER)
Lunch can consist of tuna with a bit of light mayo (some fat is important in any diet) and whole grain crackers.
for dinner, eat fish or chicken. vegetables (steamed) and for flavour add cheese.
Drink lots of water and natural low sugar juices.

You are not fat. Don't do this to yourself. This can lead to major health problems. See a doctor if you really have a concern about this. You can't help looking 16, it is how you are built. Eventually, the others will catch up to you. Exercising is good, you will look better. Don't over do it!

As far as being in sports, and having to much pressure for certain weights is too much for a 12 year old to be worrying about!
And girl, don't tell me you have breasts at 12, I'm 47 and still waiting for my body to blossom.
i know having your body going through changes isn't easy, I hope you see how beautiful you are! And that's not all you see about yourself is your concern about your weight! Take care!

You're not fat. You're actually slightly underweight. Don't diet, you need all the nutrients you can get at your age, and could ruin your health by cutting out food. Good idea to watch your salt, sugar and fat intake. Make sure you eat plenty of protein, fruit, veg, starches. Don't eat processed or junk food.
YOU AREN'T FAT.
(and don't listen to the people who say you are fat or need to lose weight. They need their eyes testing.)

If you're exercising and eating healthy, there's nothing to worry about. You shouldn't worry about what you look like because you are healthy. Would you rather be thin and anorexic, sickly and weak? Muscle weighs more than fat. At 110lbs, I'd say you are underweight rather than overweight anyway.

You are not fat at all. My Uncle was 5 ft 1 in. tall and he weighed 120 lbs and he was skinny with no hips. As long as you exercise and eat properly to maintain your weight you should be fine. Don't sweat it.

Why would you want to lose weight? YOU ARE FINE. A 12-year-old girl at your weight should not be stressing about being fat.
