No that doesn't make you racist. Everyone is attracted to what is most familiar to them and what makes them comfortable.

Really? I don't know about racist, but very odd. I find women of all races attractive, your missing out man, that really shrinks the amount of women available for you.

First of all, there's only one race: the human race. And you can't help what qualities you're attracted to. There's nothing wrong with that. If you look down negatively on those you aren't attracted to, then you might be.

Not really. I mean for some people they are so accustomed to just being around all whites or all mexicans or whatever for alot of their lives they naturally feel attracted to to people that look like them. But I still say its the best to open up at times to other races. Because even if you have a preference for your own race, you may find someone of another one that has the exact qualites you want in a person to marry or date. Question is, would you let them pass you by because they aren't white or whatever your race is for someone that isn't even half as interesting or your ideal type of guy or gal but is of the same race as you? Always have to keep those things in mind.
I have to keep telling my mom this. As she wants me to marry a nice black guy with a job and stay with my own race. I have a bit of a preference for white guys and asian women. But seriously though I try to keep my options open, because I'm a forever changing person and I'm not going to limit myself to one race for the sheer fact that it would make others feel comfortable. I mean that is plainly retarded to me. I also know how my mom feels and my dad too, buts my life on the line here as well. I don't want to waste senseless years being with someone just because they my own race, only to be tired and unsatisfied and said this is the best way to go because at least I don't have to deal with race issues. I will always have to deal with that, but I rather have genuwine support from a spouse that trully cares for me and loves me than someone that can only harp about the "man" keeping him down and things like that. I don't want that in my life, I want more positives than negatives. But that is my view on it. Overall message here is don't short sight yourself, just because you think its the right way to go by being with your own race. We are all human, some lighter, some darker, but we are all still cruel and loving just the same. Better to find the love than be lost without it for a very long time.

No that doesn't mean your racist. If you feel strong hatred and wish bad thought on people of other races, use derogatory words to describe others that's being racist. But simply choosing to date within your race is not.

No as long as you treat other races equally as you do your own you are just a normal person who falls in love with people you are attracted to.You just never know who you will meet in th future tho so keep an open mind.

not at all
you're just a victim of societal programming. we are taught at a young age what to like and what not to like. some people can overcome this later in life, others can't
sounds to me like you're not a racist. now if you started trying to justify your preferences with stereotypes then yeah, you'd be racist
it's cool that you're actually thinking twice about this issue. you have a good heart

No, it just shows who you are physically/sexually attracted to. It does not mean that you do not like someone as a person just because of their race.

No. You like what you like. If that's what you find attractive that that's your preference and no one should judge you negatively on that.
