I often dream about myself while im sleeping... i mean i dream that im sleeping. Then I'l woke up (in my dream) and i cant move. Then it will happen again and again... until i wake up... what is it? is it a nightmare? what can i do to stop/prevent it...

You can't control what you dream. Once the dream doesn't bother you anymore, you will probably stop doing it. Most likely you are going to sleep with the thought in the back of your mind, I hope I don't have that dream again, and that's what triggers it but I don't know that that is why. That dream does seem like it would suck though.

try thinking about something when your going to sleep and you will ussually dream about it. Before i went to sleep about 2 days ago i was thinking about a baseball game i had in a few days and when i did fall alseep i dreamt about being in the game. SO just shut your eyes and try to go to sleep and think of something you want to dream about, and u probably will.

If you read Sylvia Browne she explains this as an out of the body experience and it is when your spirit self re-enters the body with some trouble, it disturbs the physical self and you experience this kind of discomfort. You might believe this or not, but read up on it.... it is pretty fascinating stuff.

This is wierd!!! Werider than the time i tried to type "Google" into a Google search.... but anyways.....This happened to me before. make sure you get enoguh sleep each night. i get weird dreams whenever i dont get enough.
