I just saw them in the store today. My son just turned 3 in June and he has always been big. He was 9 lbs. 14 oz. when he was born and just kept growing. He is not fat at all just solid. He has been wearing size 6 for a while now but luckily we just potty trained him so I won't need to but the size 7.

I just bought the Pampers Cruisers 7 for my son, he is big for his age. Diaper sizes have changed, just like clothes. When he was born, they didn't have the Newborn sizes (probably size 00 in clothes). Also, Luvs are smaller than Pampers and Huggies.

I haven't seen size 7 in the regular baby isle, but i'm sure there are those that wear them - maybe a child has a bedwetting problem or a disability that hinders them from learning to use the potty as early as most children.

My daughter wears size 4.

No, she's 14 months and wears a 4. They make a 7 now? That would be a big baby. My kids never wore anything bigger than a 5, they were potty trained at 2.

I didn't even know that they made size 7 diapers. After size 6, I just went into pull-ups.

no...she's in a 4...do they make size 7? if they dont they are probably thinking by size 7 you should be potty trained or using an adult diaper, like depends.
