You probably would need to go to your Congressman to have your discharge changed to honorable and your enlistment code changed as well. You may have a better chance with one of the ground-pounders frankly. They're not too picky when it comes to cannon fodder right now. If you were in the Navy did you ever think of sailing with Military Sealift Command as a Civil Service mariner? That may be another option to try. I'd say talk to a lawyer about your discharge first though. You weren't popped yourself, were you?
Good luck!

you didnt get a re 4 bar from renlistment from snitching or not snitching you had to have had either some drugs in your system or you had a field grade article 15 but the answer to your question is no you cant reup with a re4 code it is a bar to reinlistment because as we all know the only way to get out and back in is with a honorable discharge. medical, general, and dishonerable are not good choices in life lol sorry buddy you shoulda joined the army lol hell you shouldnt even be smokin weed in the navy as cake walk as that duty is lol

not gonna Happen. try Army Guard, they are waiving Re4 on a case by case basis.

Guess you should have done the right thing and either convinced your roomies to quit, or to let your LPO know what was going on, huh?

Short answer: no. You'd need to go through and petition for a different type of discharge.

Nope. RE-4 means you can't re-enlist.
