Truthfully you need to set goals, and accomplish them as soon as possible, but i'm telling u this the only way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet and get plenty of excercise. Plan smartly and later in life u will be very successful. Good luck!!!

Try weight watchers, men go too. If you have health insurance, some insurance companies include diet, exercise and gym. You would probably only have a small copay of about $2-$5. You can eat regular food, it's the portions and making sure you don't wait to eat at night, when most people like to binge eat. By eating small amounts of food through-out the day your body doesn't think it's starving. I would see your primary physician first before starting any vigorous exercise. It's usually best to start out gradually with exercise and work your way up. As far as other students making fun of you, that's so they can take the focus off themselves. I look for what comes from the inside of a person to be my friend or hangout with. Have you ever been around someone/crowd of people and it doesn't matter if their all Beauty Queens/Kings, their energy is so bad, you can't wait to get away from them. Losing weight is gradual. Anyone who makes fun of someone because of their weight isn't worth your time, those people have their priorities messed up:}

Exercise is the key word in losing weight. Cardio and push ups (and sit-ups) help a lot in weight loss, plus, when you lose the weight, the muscle will gain, which may pack on a few pounds, but it's so worth it.

Also, eating healthy. Grains, lean meats, and lots of fruits and veggies. Stop drinking the soda and that'll help you drop a few lbs. too! I really hope my advice helps. All I want to do is make people happy and successful. I am so committed to other people's achievement...!

Sorry you are being made fun of. That's not very nice. It sucks to have discrimminatory people bug you about your weight... (I dealt with that for the past 4 years, and lost about 20 lbs this summmer!)

I got made fun of too for being overweight. There is no quick solution, and for me my diet is 6 days on 1 day off to shock your body. I eat regular food, cut out soda, and water is my best friend.
1.Follow the food pyramid on the daily takes of fruit. veggies. protein. etc
2.Become addicted to water
3.Have one day to eat what you want-save the candy bar for that day
4.Exercise at least 1 hour a day-split it up or all at once
5. Try to get 2-3 days of weight training
6. Keep a journal

I hope school gets better. Using this I lost 25 lbs in 2 months and am still losing. It's long, and I still have weight to lose, but ignore the people who make fun of you. It's tough, but you get to see the true side of people. Also, be comfortable with yourself, because weight shouldn't dictate who you are. Best of luck with school this year!

People can be so mean! Are you actually overweight or just a normal range and its the skinny girls making fun of you? Well the best thing i could reccomend would be to eat healthy, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, drink lots of water and excerise! If you have a dog, take it for a long walk every night after school, or get some friends together and go for a walk every day! Dont take any diet pills, because they do more harm than good, i know this for a fact! And dont take any food replacements either, in the long run you will find yourself more hungry than you where! I hope it all goes well, and just ignore the people making fun of you, there probably just jealous!

Well that's just mean and rude, but HEY that's how school is, you either get teased or bullied. Everyone says exercise, exercise, exercise and when you hear that word you think NO FUN and HARD WORK. Well not neccesarly, here I'll give you a few ideas. Try using a normal bike and use it as a stationary bike, if you don't have a stationary bike. Eat only 3 meals a day, ex. Morning: a cereal and/or a banana or a non-fat yougurt./dinner: just eat a small portion of chicken, fish or whatever type of meat.'Cuz remember you do need iron and protein as well./Night: Is where you must not try to eat to much. Because after that we sleep and we don't do any exercise activity. So i would suggest eating fruit. and if you get hungry in between eat salad, just don't add dressing to it. Add lettuce, baby carrots, and to add a little flavor to it put in a little bit of striped cut cheddar ed cheese. When your exercising listen to your favorite music or radio, it gets you motivated. Well if you need anymore help or have any questions feel free to email. I'll be glady to help

People are so cruel! Don't worry about what people think I'm sure you are a really sweet and wonderful person. Now if it's you that wants to loose weight for yourself and not b/c your getting picked on then do what you have to do. Don't starve yourself or nothing. Just watch what you eat. If you drink alot of sodas then cut back same as with sweets. Get outside more and do something you like. If your not into to the sports just start walking or something. Good luck

Depending on your age and weight, I'd highly recommend Weight Watchers. Weight Watchers is not just for women and does really work! I've been on it for almost five months and have lost thirty pounds!
Hope this helps and good luck with your weight loss.
...The students at your school must be really immature to be making fun of you for your weight! That's grade school stuff! But I know a 27 year old who works with me who makes fun of fat people! Can't believe it, I think it's so stupid! Anyhow, good luck and don't give up.

Start eating healthy foods...no junk - instead of eating 3 large meals per day, eat 4 or 5 small meals . If you need a snack, have some fresh fruit.
Drink lots of water...no sodas, koolaid, etc
Take a multivitamin daily

Exercise 4 - 5 days a week, 45 minutes per day.
You can walk, jog, ride a bike, do aerobics, swim, etc...

Lose weight for yourself, not because of what others say or think.
Good luck.

You have to control the way you eat. In other words, eat with moderation. Don't eat more if you are already full. DOn't eat eat too late and avoid junk. Eat healthy food like raw fruits an vegetables, eat alot of milk and no fried meat. I also suggest you to join your school sport activity. Soccer, volleybal, badminton, basketball, etc... Exercising and sweating will make you lose alot of weight in no time. Push ups and sittups are good to do before getting to sleep. And I am sure that if u join a sport club at your school, you will make new friends.
goodluck
