Does anyone know anyone or where I can find a doctor in the Los Angeles are that specializes in Lyme diease?

Call the LA County Health Dept. Acute Communicable Disease Control office at (213) 240-7941. Ask for the vector-borne disease physician. She is in charge of Lyme for our region, but I don't feel at liberty to poster name on this forum. I assure you, she's friendly and helpful. Call between 10am and 4pm. She can answer some questions, but I think she'll be most inclined to tell you to find a infectious disease specialist. She may proffer a name, though.
If you have Lyme for sure, you have probably already talked to her, or her epidemiologist (today, perhaps -- I heard someone being interviewed about Lyme disease).

You can post something about your situation, and people can email you suggestions for doctors.
I'd also recommend going to lymenet.com, clicking on "flash discussions," and then on "seeking a doctor."
