Well, since I don't have her height, I can't accurately find her BMI. However, she is of a normal weight. Though she is at risk of becoming overweight, the body mass index cannot always accurately define the weight of children and teens. If your daughter has just started puberty or is about to, this weight gain could be due to that. However, if she is like normal children her age, she is probably really active and eats the meals you cook or provide for her.

At eleven, your child doesn't need to be worried about weight, and you should not pressure her to be thinner or weigh less. She is healthy, and as long as you encourage her to play outside and eat healthy, all will be fine.

If your daughter was born in 1997, she is not 11 years old, she is 10 years of age, but she will be 11 next year.

You did not give enough information (such as height) for an accurate answer here, but if you will go to the link below, you can find out.

It will take you to a chart at the Center for Disease Control (U. S. Government) web site. It will show the normal range and if your child is above or below that range.

Height can matter for something like this, but her weight is above average for an 11 year old.

Besides, can't you tell if that is normal or not by comparing her size to other girls her age?
