i think there would be many less accidents if people were more concerned with PREVENTING them than in worrying about who is, or was, at fault.
If you Prevent an acident, no one is at fault, because nothing happened. Right?

umm, people prevent accidents everyday. Thats why they are called accidents, because someone made a mistake. 99% of the time you avoid an accident, but sometimes it happens.

That said, I believe in No-Fault insurance, where you only pay to cover yourself. That way people can't sue you because they didn't have enough coverage.

absolutely, but remember there are also peaple who dont wanna do extra work concerning to prevent them like younger peaple, and also peaple that need some work on their bumpers so they pretend the car in front hit his brakes too hard, peaple are allways pushing their own agenda, you are right but it can never happen, well not in the near future
