hi, it would probably be best to contact your vet in the matter.
one thing i noticed that you feed your dog leftovers, that is not good for any German Shepherd.. Something probably is and has upset her tummy.. Talk to your vet, and watch your dogs diet

Its possible she has an intestinal blockage. This is an emergency, and the dog needs to be seen by a vet. Does she normally eat real fast? Deep chested dogs can have problems with their stomach twisting. You cannot fix this. Please, at least call your vet tonight, and ask their opinion. Then again, doggie may just have a belly ache, or be depressed. Has anything changed at home recently. Separation anxiety can cause them to go off their food. You said she is 10 months. Did she have her first heat cycle? If not, maybe she has a "silent heat", and she thinks she is pregnant (yep, it happens). Either way, lots of options, but call your vet please, and good luck.

As dogs cannot talk, it is a problem, but sounds un-happy. Most vets will give you a basic answer over the phone for free. Make a call. If you wait too long, then you be in for big bucks.

check her gums, and has she gotten into anything? she is a puppy so she probable chews a lot and a lot of stuff can make her sick, if her gums are really pale take her to a vet, try to get her to drink fresh water and look everywhere to see if she had gotten into anything including plants, because some are toxic and just keep an eye on her

Take your German Shepherd girl to the vet.

While you're there, schedule an appointment for her spay. She'll be happier, healthier and will live longer.

Thank you!
