she will lie at the drop of a hat for her kids and doesn't tell her husband. He thinks she does no wrong.

I just keep my distance from people like her and have nothing to do with them. If your at a family thing and shes there find other people to talk to.

I would make it very clear to her that you know she is a liar, manipulator and an over all dishonest person and from this point forward you want nothing to do with her until she grows up and realizes how many people she has been hurting with her decisions.
Don't be afraid to stand up to her!! It sounds like she needs a good jolt of reality and soon!

Stay away as much as possible. Laugh about situations with your husband. Don't let her get close to you and yours. Sit back and observe and don't make comments to her family about her behavior. People like this do what they do for the attention and drama. Don't be a part of it - you're the "outsider" looking in, if you participate, you will become the "problem".

All you can do is keep that woman, and that whole family, at a distance. Don't hang around... give it all lots of distance. Don't invite them to your family events and don't go to theirs.
As the kids get older and out of control, he will have to deal with the results.
It is a train-wreck in the making and you can see it.
Anything you say about it to her husband will just be ignored and alienate him to you.

Avoid her when you can.When you must deal with her, stand by your convictions and be strong.Don't go overboard to show your family her faults.They probably know about them already.Don't let her manipulate you.

In my family we just grin and bare it.
It's soooo hard sometimes........because she can be soooo disrespectful to me and loves ones but we have talked about it and we have decided to keep harmony in the family we just smile.
You'll be a better person for it....and maybe she will get bored.
Let's hope.
