Sorry for your loss, my condolences to you.
But about the signs from heaven? Watch the Blues Brothers. That should tell you all you need to know about signs from god. ;)

Hon, you can't talk to the dead. You cannot communicate with them. I'm sorry about your Grandma. I bet she was lovely. Grandma cannot make it rain, but God hears your prayers, and maybe He did to comfort you. Maybe He is trying to tell you there is a heaven. God Bless

I am so sorry for your loss. Grandma's are the best! But let me just say this....It is up to you whether or not you want to believe in God. Signs? Yes, we have all probably asked for them. But as far as I am concerned, God is real. He loves you unconditionally. All He asks' from you in return, is that you love Him with all your heart, believing that He is as real as you are. Good luck and I am praying for you and for healing in the wake of the loss of your grandma.

You won't believe it but you can make it rain if you know how to ask and for what reasons.
Few days ago I asked Yah (G_D) to make it rain some to take care of His creation, the plants, the animals. And to fill the well some for Jo, my horse that Yah gave to me thru a vision.
The following day while I was out walking Jo, an isolated thunder storm grew and it stormed for 30 minutes. I asked Yah again to protect me during the storm and out of no where Jo started to back up pushing me deep into the bushes. I stayed dry while he took the rain.
Today, the well is filled again, and the grass is green enough for the animals to eat.
To ask of such a gift just as proof....Yah laughs.

Yes, of course. Because, if there were a god, it would find it more important to play silly mind games with you than make it rain in areas that are experiencing drought. Better to let thousands (or even millions) die than leave you without a "sign."
Gods were created by humans, and reflect the humans and cultures which created them.

Do not start your faith by trying to believe in Heaven; believe in God first. Ecclesiastes 9:5,10 explains what is the condition of the ones that are ore dead. The fact that it rained is just coincidental.

"i have trouble believing in heaven...im really troubled about heaven & i need some help"
A specific part of heaven is where God resides.
His Son, & the angels, also reside in the heavens.
God's Kingdom government --which Christ taught his followers to pray for-- is established --& will rule from-- the heavens.

Sometimes it just takes faith to believe in things not yet seen, God is not obligated to answer with a sign.
'He sighed deeply and said, "Why does this generation ask for a miraculous sign? I tell you the truth, no sign will be given to it."'

i think the weather is just indecisive right now. i wouldn't say that's a sign from heaven. i think if she is trying to contact you, you will know for sure. for now, just cherish the memories you had with your step-grandma and be thankful that she lived a full life. we will never know if heaven is there, or if it isn't.
