I might be the odd man out here, but I LOVE anti-Mormon websites, because they go to nearly everything I have problems with a typical Christian church and show how the LDS relgion is right.

So, am I weird or has anyone else noticed/agreed with this?

Note: I am not LDS... I just percieve this way...

Only really good argument: the whole one true chruch thing. Although, most Christians tend to believe this- so I think it is an argument against Christianty in general.

Same with anti-Christian literature in general.

If they're going to convince me the church is false then they'll have to try a bit harder.I find anti-mormon sites generally hilarious, aside from the ones that are just idiotic and hateful.
Given that it's not likely i'd trust my salvation to a bunch of reactionary, bitter, intellectually challenged twits i say let them get on with it.I think you'd be amazed just how few people take them seriously.

When I first started to investigate the Church I had two choices. Church literature and anti-church literature. What I could not find was a simple point by point comparison of teachings. I wasn't out to prove anything, I just wanted to understand. This was pre-internet. Today information is at our fingertips, but the bias has not changed.

I've grown up in the church so I don't have the same perspective on things. I can't really say I find it convincing because I'm already convinced the LDS church is Christ's Church. I find most anti-mormon literature laughable in its half-truths and faulty logic.

Yes, it is! When my brother was on his mission, they would stand down the street from the guys handing the stuff out and talk to the people that took about it. It got them about an 5% to 8% increase in baptisms when they did this.

With Anti Mormon Literature you'll almost always find an excommunicated mormon behind it. Who got thrown out cause he was a Drug Addict, Adulter, Child or Spouse Abuser, Alcoholic, Sex Addict, Or just Generally Ignorant and tried to make up his own rules and got put in his place.

Convincing? I am not sure what you meant by that, I would just suggest you take their psycho-babble with a grain of salt

Yes, but then there's the matter of convenience to consider. Atheists don't send people to your door...

Christianity is crazy , but Mormonism (the Church of Latterday Saints, more or less) is even crazier, given how it started with an apparent con man writing its Bible.

Hey, just a dog gone moment. Do you know how their leader actually got his original name?? I do, and here it is. They were on their trek to Utah. Their wagon master hollered out, "I found these two 13 year old girls driving their own Wagon!!" "What do I do with them??" He was named, when he hollered back, "Brigham Young!!"
