So I work with a boy, and I really like him. I'm almost positive this boy knows I'm interested in him.. for example when doing something i do to him to someone else, he made a comment; "oh she's doing that, she likes you".. etc. And I'm frustrated because I really like this boy, and clearly he's not into me or else you'd think he would have already made a move or something. And he's always flirting back to me and is so nice.. it's like he knows, doesn't want, but likes to play. It really sucks.. I want him to be my boyfriend but don't see it ever actually happening.. and I try to just ignore my feelings but just can't. Do you have any good advice for me?.. ie) how to find out discreetly how he truly feels... how to move on.. how to "make" him want to be my boyfriend...etc.
Thanks!

Ooo of course you well, but that aside. DON'T TAKE INFATUCATIONS SERIOUSLY!!! NO NO NO!!! Besides that:
1. its not fair to "discreetly" know how he truly feels about you thats a shortcut and a cope-out which is why you should take it serious
2. you can not make some one be your "boyfriend" and expect that relationship to be anything but short and shallow.
3. Your not going to move on, you already scared yourself with how much your caring for the boy, good job, even if you don't do anything it could be 30 years done the line and you'll be like "DAMN, whatever happen to that guy...."

Now for the advice.

1. TALK TO HIM!! REALLY! Its that easy all you have to is be the ballzy one and just say something, like hey buddy you and me click, whats up with that? Or hey you have a gf? That one works really good, because it can only mean one thing, right!?

And thats pretty much it, lol, theres not much to these things ooo except the most important thing

2. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER DATE PEOPLE IN YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT! Yea I know it sucks, but still you HAVE to seperate your professional and personal lives, its a matter of responsiblity and have an intune understanding of how relationships work, since I know the later real well and you have to understand the former, please for the love of god let it go, or better yet look at it this way. Ether you take him seriously and the job lighly, or you take HIM lighly and the job serious, just don't loss sight of the fact that if things go south, you get SEE him everyday at work, wouldn't that be just LOVELY?
