I'd say around 8- pretty cute but not unusually so. Is it a westie?
I'd give my dog about a 7 if that makes you feel better. He is cute just not what most people like. You've got a little white fluff-ball- that's the popular thing. I have a shorthaired black and tan 24lb muttley :)
