I am always, always the last one picked for a team during P.E. I have bad hand-eye coordination, it's hard for me to pick up instructions that relates to anything physical, and my body is very week. Is there any way to do good during gym class because my grade is low in this class?

Talk to your teacher about it. He or she might be able to be lenient about your grade.

I absolutely hated having periods during gym class, luckily I've got 2 years of high school left and I'm not required to take a gym class anymore :) Pads are just, stupid. I hate them. Their big and bulky, and uncomfortable, and messy and stinky and there's just so many things about them that are gross. But tampons work wonders. I only use O.B tampons, I recommend them. Their non-applicator tampons, which I find is a bit easier, but there's really no difference, I just find that I can insert non-applicator tampons more comfortably than those with applicators. Its $5 a box, when their in right, you can't even feel em, and it doesn't even feel like your having your period! Its amazing. Tampons move with you, so that you can do everyday things and still be comfortable in the process. If you think non-applicator tampons are a bit gross or unsanitary, go for Playtex Sport, their great for when your going to be playing any sport, so they'd be perfect for your gym class! These are a bit more costly though, because they come in a much bigger box than the O.B tampons, plus there's an applicator. If you have cramps, I suggest you go to a drug store near you and buy Midol, its a pill that eases all menstrual symptoms! Perfect for gym class in my opinion, you'll be moving around and wont have much time to relax to make the cramps go away, so pop 2 Midol an hour or so before class and it should last you all day! Best of luck!

Not everyone is good in gym class, just do the best you can.If it's a particuliar game you would like to improve on. spend some time practicing that game on Sat.or after school. If it's basketball get a couple of friends together and ask them to help you.
As far as being weak, you may need to visit your doctor first and as if there are vitamins you can take, and if it's ok for you to be in gym at all.
If you gym ,class is the only time you are have physical activitiy all week .that may be why you always feel weak during your class.
But, see a doctor just to be on the safe side,he may say you're alittle anemic, and need to take iron tablets or something.
Anyway, chin up lady! And practice doesn't mean perfect, but it will help.

Try pushing yourself just a little more so that your body becomes strong. Don't be afraid to try anything new. Once you feel that your body is stronger, don't be afraid to push the guys out of the way or of being rough, if the sport calls for it. I was always one of the first ones to be picked during gym class. Make sure though that if you feel you are dainty or that your body is weak, not to be too rough too soon. Work out on your own if you wish and push yourself, but not too hard that it's bad for your health.

hope this helps... go gettum girl

Never take roids! Anyway, make a huge effort. You will struggle with this for a long time even into adulthood...find something you can at least put up with and really pay attention and try hard. Like Nike says, "JUST DO IT" Try lots of different things and really try to stick to something, I mean besides school even, because the later in life it gets to be the harder it gets, believe me, I know, I'm 33:o You will be surprised at how good it feels to stick with something, physically and mentally, it doesn't matter if you are the best at it, there are other things in life that you will be good at even if its not sport.

Most of the grade given in PE is for effort and good sportsmanship. Of course you have to show up dressed and ready to participate. So beyond that try to have a good time and get some exercise. Show that you are a good team player no matter where you are in the line up. If your grades don't come up I'd transfer to another teacher/ coach.
Don't let 'em bring you down. Good Luck!

Eventually there will be an activity that you excell at. I would always boost my grade with the weekly mile and a half jog, it doesn't require good coordination and if you show steady improvement the teacher will notice and give you a better grade. Its not how athletic you are, but how hard you are trying to be a good athelete.

I'm sorry that you always get picked last in Gym class and don't get the best grade in it either. One way that you may be able to get better grades would be to change if you're required to do so.

Also, I'd suggest that you play to the best of your ability. Not everyone is a professional athlete.

If you would like to gain more skill and improve in a sport, practice, practice, and practice. :)

I hope I was able to help you and best of luck!

Basically, confidence. I used to have this problem too. Don't worry about how bad you are or if people will make fun of you. If you make a bad throw, start laughing at yourself. Beat them to the punch. That's what I did. And it helps a LOT. It helps get your confidence up too. I know that i didn't exactly answer your question, but i hope this helped!

Go to the YMCA in your town and ask the instructor to show you how to exercise properly. That will fix your coordination and give you a good grade
