sweetcorn for leather carp. dog biscuits for common carp,luncheon meat for most species...boilies if you are allowed to use them...try all different things as long as you dont spook them they will investigate most foods given time...just be quiet and patient...hope this helps....also use alot of groundbait a well fed area will produce results

Wheaty balls (ceieral) w/strawberry jello mixed in.Mix w/ water, squeeze almost dry,andput on hook. Canned corn,or pototes boiled w/ coffee grounds.
