if i follow a low calorie week and eat out on the weekend will i still loose weight

how low??? not really - although it matters how many calories a week you eat.
dont do it the whole weekend but one day - yes, you can go out and enjoy yourself - that day have light breakfast and lunch - load up more on veggies which have little calories and make better choices dining out - grilled instead of fried, baked potatoes instead of fried or mashed, steamed veggies instead of fried etc. you can have a desert if you want to as well. Next day spend more time doing cardio to make up for it.
If you starve yourself the whole week and then binge in weekends you are not gona lose any weight - you will gain most likely.

As long as you take it easy and do not give into every craving you have on the weekend. You can allow yourself a couple of treats but otherwise you'll be suffering through the week for no reason, because you will balance out all of your hard work with a bad weekend.

If you eat simple meals like a small fillet and vegetables or a chicken Caesar salad you will have success. Remember to keep it simple so you can eyeball these categories: Meat or Protein (6), Starches (6), Milks (2-3), Fruits (4) and Vegetables (4) a day and that should get you through dining out.

The key to eating good is small portions and a little bit of everything and a lot of water. Green leafy veggies are awesome for you. my best advice to you would be use this food pyramid as a guide. you cant go wrong.

well it matters how much more you eat. If you like 2000 calories Then that might not be a very good idea.

you will but don't eat way too much. you can eat a little junk but don't really pig out.
