Breakfast: 1 1/2 poptarts or a granola bar

Lunch: snack size bag of pretzels & water

Dinner: Small piece of chicken, or small bowl of top-ramen like noodles

Will my stomach eventually shrink so I don't get hungry so often on a diet like this?

Do you seriously think that you'll be able to just eat that?

One: That's not enough food

Two: There are no nutrients in this plan whatsoever, besides the piece of chicken and pretzels. You need veggies, fruits, and more protein in your diet.

Three: Poptarts? Ramen noodles? Are you serious? Neither are healthy for you, and you're not getting any real nutrition from either of them.

You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day, along with 8 ounces of water. If you do 45-60 minutes of cardio, along with other abdominal toning exercises, you'll lose weight the healthy, effective, and worthy way.

I would think that you would get hungry, regardless of the size of your stomach, because you're not eating enough calories and you're not eating much real food. The only thing on your list I would eat would be the water. Maybe the granola bar depending on what is and isn't in it. (Just because it says "granola", doesn't mean it's healthy.) The Pop Tarts are nothing but fake stuff and other junk. I personally think that one can be totally meat free and totally healthy. I'm healthy and meat free. As for the noodles, they're very likely white and processed and loaded with sodium and other junk. The same with the pretzels-- Enriched white flour and sodium.

I don't know if stomachs "shrink" it sounds like a gimmicky line that a diet pill or program started just to sell a product. However, a body will be happy with good, real whole food.

Your stomach might get smaller but since your body is receiving the message that it is starving, your metabolism will slow down. Best thing to do is eat 5 very small but healthy meals a day. Make sure you start the day with breakfast too so your body starts metabolising as soon as possible. You can also try filling up on really cold water before each meal to give your metabolism an extra boost.
