Oh I see why you voted Jedi Master down, I guess you could mistake him for saying no atheist has ever become a Christian, I thought he meant that he never became a Christian. Okay, yeah, vote him down for being vague hah.

yes, I came to Jesus Christ at the age of 31, I tell you It was truly a blessing for if it had not been for the Love of God , seeing me worthy to save and give Chance to Worship and love Him i would not be here today. The same way I knew there was no God I woke up one day and Knew there was, He had me in a place where He, Jesus could work with me my heart was broken and contrite . yes i am going to heaven i work very hard at study the word of God and apply it to my daily walk in life. God sent Jesus not for saints but for sinners. we all have a choose to believe in God or not. thank God he choose me, for this world is surely passing away and I look forward to seeing my heavenly Father, soon

I use to get my kicks in all out combat against Christianity or any other belief that had a God figure. If I saw a street preacher I would go to the other corner and twist his words up. I loudly and religiously claimed to be an atheist.
Then I met Jesus on my terms in my own way and my life has never been the same.
so many people looking for the mystery of life when it is plainly laid out in the bible.
As an atheist I assumed I had to learn the word to fight against it. I'm an old combat soldier so know your enemy was just normal thinking for me.
The more I learned the less I could deny.
I read everything I could get my hands on to disprove Jesus and lost the fight.
The evidence is in, The word is alive and you are missing out on the grace of God and the hope of eternal life. Does that really make sense.
There is everything to gain from honest study and nothing to lose but time. Which you have are you wouldn't be spending it here mocking people that believe in something besides themselves.

One or two. Most of us went the other way.

I've never actually met one that will say that they identified them self as an atheist. I have met a few Christians that said they were atheists until you pushed them on rather they ever said it out loud.

A highly improbable concept. Once your eyes are open, it would be impossible to close them again. Unless one suffered some kind of brain trauma.

Shawn is completely correct in his assessment BTW.

haha, if CJ was ever an Atheist I am Bigfoot.

Most atheists in the west are really more anti-christian than they are anti-God. So you're not very likely to find many former athiests who are now christians.

However, you may find several former atheists who are now members of other religions.

If you look in the prisons you will find several convicted felons who claim they have found God and Jesus and they were atheists before. Of course they are full of it, but you can hang your hat on that one if you really want to.

Chosen, everyone is an atheist before they believe in your particular myth.

I don't know about that, but I *do* know many former Christians who turned away from that faith and found one that actually makes sense to each of them.

A true atheist wouldn't be able to convert back.
