mine had been alittle off...kinda like a mild car sickness for the past 2 days.but the thing is that it never happens this bad and the rest of my family seem to have the same symptoms.

If your whole family has the same symptoms, I'm thinking it's more viral than astronomical. Try a little Immonium AD. It'll help with the nausea. If you're not better in a couple of days, see your doctor.

If the full moon was causing your stomachache ache then I would imagine you would feel ill come every full moon. While the moon's gravitational pull can cause a lot of things, I don't think it's causing your stomachache - unless you experience this come every full moon.

A psychosomatic disease might be caused by the full moon but nothing 'real'.

i'm sure it can, it does alot of weird stuff. however, i have never heard of this before, but it does sound very possible
