He said he loves me. Today he wanted to take a break. I didnt want to. I love him & if he need a break then he need one. I ask him and he said because he need time to think about things. & one time we broke up the got back we promisse to each other that we wront talt to this girl name Helena She was my bff. We promisse to each other to not talk to her or see her or be friends with her. and now he started to talk to her on the phone and yesterday he saw her and the talked for an hour and a half. and today he might see her. and he was thinking if it was good idea if all tree of us can be friends again. but last year she tryed to break us up like 3 times! I hated that. My Ex bff use to date him then they boke up then me & him went out. we been dating for a year! Today I called Helena and I told her I'm not allow to talk to her. she like I dont care! She said she need to talk to me. She dont care what Tyler said. He fround out by Helena and he is mad at me. so yea. what you think?

I think you are feeling kind of insecure because you see history repeating itself. It would appear that your boyfriend( and I believe your soon to be ex) has rediscovered his feelings for Helena---if he ever forgot----and is trying to work his way back to her.Hence, his anger when he found out you talked to Helena.He may think you have no right to talk to her after he asked you for a break,and I am fairly certain he is going to use this as the excuse to finally end it with you.After a year of dating, you don't ask for a break like it was a job and you were going away on vacation;unless you no longer want to see the person.Helena may think you have no reason to complain since she dated him first and you started to date him even though you were her best friend.So I suggest that you prepare yourself just in case it does not end the way you want it to .
