Why do ur legs get sore when u stood all day? It doesn't even have to be because u were running or constantly walking. It's not like u really stretched ur muscles. Why is it?

standing is putting pressure on the joints and over using the muscles. This is one of the hardest jobs - standing on your feet all day.

Take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. Soak for 30 minutes. The Epsom salts will help eliminate the lactic acid that forms on the muscles from over exertion.

Massage an analgesic cream into the sore muscles.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with Mineral Water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously. You must drink beyond your thirst to get the benefits of hydration and the real key is the Mineral Water.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day.

500mg of calcium and magnesium, taken twice daily, can help with diminishing the pain.

Advil liqui capsules work very quickly on pain. Take them four times daily.

Standing up on ur feet all day is VERY painful, and as a trickle down effect, this can make ur legs extremely sore. It is actually worse to STAND on ur feet all day, vs. walking on them all day, as I do. It just plain hurts the muscles in ur legs to the point to where you are. Are you able to take breaks during work, and stretch those leg muscles out? That would be helpful. Do a few stretches while standing there if you can. Pull ur toes in the direction of ur knees a few times a day- lift ur leg up (one @ a time of course) and do some leg lifting. UP- OUT- STRETCH. I work with the elderly, and this really helps them. Also, try some ankle circular movements in order to get that circulation moving better. Hope this helped. Good luck and take care of urself.

your legs get tired because you're standing on them to long.
