i really like this girl and ive know her for about a month but i want to be with her. the only thing is, i have braces and wont be getting them off for another 2 or 3 months so i cant wait to get them off to be with her but it makes me really self conscious when i laugh. im 16 and mostly everyone has their braces off and i hate it that im the last one. does it matter? or is there something i can do?
please i reallly like this girl so anything would help

I think braces are cute on yonger guys- and if she likes you, then she won`t care-
I`m sure when you get your braces off you`ll be really good looking and she`ll be happy she has you as a BF.

Ok first of all, the girl shouldn't care if you have braces if she really likes you. If she can't get past the fact that you have braces then she is shallow. (and you don't want to be with her) Oh and while many people your age have their braces off, not ALL do. If you've ever heard of Cameron Maybin, he is a professional baseball player just brought up from the minors. I don't think his braces stopped him form getting what he wanted, right?

no braces dont matter. you can still make out with them and sometimes they look cute. There isnt really anything you can do about it so wear them proud. If you are self conscious you will come off as insecure and you dont want that. Good luck

gosh, no worries, braces are no big deal to girls. we've had them too!
my boyfriend is 21 and still has braces. his teeth were horrid and i am so proud of him as it has been a very long ordeal for him. i love him with braces or without, its him i love and anyone who doesn't like someone just cause of a physical 'thing' is just a witch! (or warlock!) :) :)
so just keep in mind how gorgeous that smile is gonna be! the girls will love it! and if not let then me know, i'll give them he!l for being so dumb!

Braces are sexy to me. Since you are getting them taken off in another 3 months, tell her that. If you have a good personality and she finds you attractive, I don't see why she wouldn't talk to you and get to know you.
