calories i ate?? today i got up at 10am and drank a hot cup of green tea and lots of water-0 calories and a large grapefruit
noon----1/2 cup wheat macaroni pasta-210 calories
1 whole head of broccoli...2 long celery sticks
with lots of water
2pm---1/2 a papaya
4pm---1 large banana
6pm--1/2 oatmeal..150calories
with like a tsp of ground cinnamon on it

and some apple rippfles..50 calories

i drink a lot of water i want to loose weight did i eat too much please tell me whatever you think about what i ate 2dy thank u all please answer

i didnt do exersice i had to study all day long.

You havent eaten enough - i think its between 850-1000cal - body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day for a person under 150lbs.
if you are studying...you need more calories and especially healthy fats for your brain (nuts, avocado, fish etc)

depends on your body, Judging by what you wrote you don't seem to be a tall or large person.

To be honest what you had sounds good. I would avoid pasta in general since pasta is generally prepared with a lot of unnesssary oil and fats (such as butter or some of that nasty yellow cheese).

The fruit and veggies sound great!
Honestly I suggest you eat more protein such as lean Turkey, roast beef, beef jerky.


Don't get offended overall your diet seemed small to me, but still very good and healthy :)


From my own personal experiance with weight loss Cardio and strength training are the key along with a balanced and proper diet. But I have tried undereating and to be honest It wasn't any more effective than eating nomally and working out.

If u wanna lose weight, u should burn off the calories u eat, but u didnt over eat. Sounds liek u ate pretty healthy, unlike me =P (but I burn em off)

I think its good as long as u dont eat over 1,400 calories? But idk
