I'm kinda confused on how small those meals should be. Can anyone gives examples?

Instead of 3 big ones you eat 5-6 small meals which gives your body energy when it needs it and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
e.g. if i need 1800cal/day to lose weight it is about 300cal/meal -i will probably have 450cal breakfast (e.g. old fashioned oatmeal with egg whites, flax seeds and avocado), then 250cal snack (e.g.fruit salad with granola), then 350cal lunch (e.g. salad with lots of veggies and lean meat), 250cal snack (e.g. trail mix), 300cal dinner (fish with steamed veggies) and 200cal snack.

each meal shouldn't be larger than your fist. Examples are:
1. Peanut butter/jelly on wheat bread, glass of juice
2. Protein shake
3. 5 or 6 oz. of fish or meat, rice
4. Salad with hard boiled egg, yogurt
5. Cereal (oatmeat is best), glass of juice
Drink water throughout the day.
