is there a drink i can drink everytime i'm hungry to curve my appitite so i don't eat as much and lose weight?and is safe for 13

If you are 13, you shouldn't be trying to curve your appetite with a drink. Obviously your body is telling you it needs fuel. If you are overweight, I would suggest losing weight the old fashion way without pills or appetite suppressors.

However, making a small fruit smoothie for a snack has always filled me up and if I add a little flax seed into the smoothie then I can last for hours without eating. Sorry hun but there is no magic drink. Although there is this great cereal called Fiber One. It is very filling because of the high fiber content plus, one serving contains only 60 calories!

The original is the only one with only 60 cals. The other ones have around 160! So, I'd say stick to the original.

water will help you feel full and you can go longer without eating. also, sometimes people feel hungry but they're really thirsty. it's called false hunger. plus drinking water won't add any calories. just don't drink the water and skip the meal. you need to eat a well balanced diet and get enough exercise every day.

Anything with alot of fiber in it will keep you full longer so you aren't in the fridge all the time. You might want to try slimfast shakes because they are full of vitamins and some have added fiber as well. Along with a healthy diet you should also try to get 30 minutes of exercise a day. Believe it or not, if you drink a tall glass of water before you eat, you WILL be full faster as it does curve your apitite.
