Amnesty - vs - Deportation?

Besides either one of these solutions, what else could be suggested?

last time I checked you dont get the capital punishment for speeding...you pay a fine and attend a class...

that would be my solution, having them pay a fine and taking classes, paid by them, to learn how to assimilate better. You could do background checks, finger printing, retinal scans and even semen samples to check for rapists. We can kick outt he gang members and the real criminals but I dont see why we as a nation have to resort to a witch hunt that would bankrupt this nation. Have them pay fines and have them pay taxes. I dont care what people say, social security is running out and who is going to pay for the baby boomer's SS? You could have these people paying into SS...

Maybe self-deportation should be encouraged. Don't provide the illegal immigrants with jobs or entitlements and this would dry them up. For those that self-deport, they should be given an opportunity to come back in the future (they won't receive a visa at the same time a normal immigrant receives it and would wait longer) but by getting in line and doing all the paper work. For those that don't, deport them and send them back home. Now, for those of you asking how they're going back home, employers or the government of the country the illegal immigrant is from must pay for their trip. Thanks!

Solution 1:
First, they have to learn English. Then, they have a 5 year mandatory military service in an active military environment when possible.

If this makes them too old, let them begin work, but double the taxes they have to pay to help cover their fellow illegals. They have to be gainfully employed for a solid 15 years or they get deported. At the end of the 15 years, they can resume normal tax rates.

No gender discrimination.

Solution 2:
If you are implying Mexicans:
Get rid of the corrupt Mexican system so that the people want to stay there to begin with.

Solution 3:
When illegals are caught, ship them to a different country, like one in Africa, instead. If they find their resulting environment worse than their starting, they will stop coming over, and it's not really deporting since we are not returning them to their country of origin.

Either, enforce our immigration laws, deport those that are caught, fine and jail the hell out of those business that hire the illegals. In time most without work will go home, and we can sort out the rest after say in 10 years. All that amnesty brings is more demands for more amnesty

Pass the FairTax Act. It'd change a lot of taxes to a national sales tax, thus forcing illegals to pay taxes.

Internment camps where you will stay until a complete check is made. If there has been identity theft, or they have collected social services, or committed ANY infractions of the law, they get deported. If they have just worked under the table, the employer gets fined, and IF they are clean, they get issued a work permit good for one year. The first generation can never apply for citizenship as their penalty for sneaking in the country.

To me, the only solution is mass deportation. We would save considerably enough on their free healthcare and education to more than pay for a ride for each and every one of them.
