These dillholes let me go over and said if payment doesnt post today, the same day I got the overdue notice, I'll be charged $30!! What the hell are we paying all these regulators for?

I had it wrong, I went over $30 . and I'm getting shafted for $46. This seems a might shady to me. Its obviously purely a revenue scheme! Nothing is served by not letting me pay without penalty!

You mean they didn't automatically hit you with an overlimit fee?

Far from being dillholes, they are being generous. It is standard procedure for credit card companies to hit people with $39 fees for going over their limits, without giving them any chance to avoid the fee.

your suppose to watch your limit and not go over they all will charge you a fee for going over it was in the terms they sent you when you got the card they will also charge you a fee if you are only one day late paying. they will prob also up your interest rate because of it.
