Social workers get jobs advocating for families, or working with the elderly or children. If you are bilingual you could take a test for certification and translate for courts, police, and, attorneys. They are paid way better, but, don't have set hours. You can, of course, become an attorney, real estate agent (specialize in Immigrant needs), or, study business and get into grant writing. All non-profits are run on grants, so, being able to write a grant is necessary to keep our great non-profits afloat......
