No matter how much you love a person everyone will still think Orlando Bloom [or any hot movie star] is hot? Right?
So no, it's not wrong by any means. I would though consider if you'd leave them at the drop of a hat for said hot actor.. that might be considered bad. But then again, they're hot actors right.. i mean who really wouldn't?
If there is a guy, who it hot, at your... school, work, etc that you are into & might think about considering dating him, that might be a red flag. Maybe you aren't completely happy in your relationship? There are a million and one things that could be said about that.
But mere OMGAH HE IS SO HOTTTTT
is fine.
Though, i'd consider what it means if you'd dump your boyfriend just to be with that guy.

No its only like a compliment to the guy. Like when a guy tell you that you are pretty or something. Its only a comment it dosen't mean you want to cheat on your boyfriend or anything. My friend has a boyfriend and she tells fuys that there hot all the time but she still loves her boyfriend and both of them know that.

Depends, would you be jealous if your boyfriend said another girl was hot. If you have a relationship that you trust each other and feel comfortable with stuff like that there isn't a problem. If you don't feel comfortable with him saying it, you should probably avoid comments like that as well.

No, it's normal and perfectly fine to think other guys are attractive even though you're attached. When the attraction becomes something more than just "oh, he's cute", *that's* when you have a problem.
If it remains innocent, don't sweat it!

It is NOT wrong to say a guy is hot when you have a boyfriend; it is wrong to say it to him! You're in a relationship, you're not dead. It's ok to look, I'm sure your bf looks too.

No, That is just an expression of your opinion or an admiration of some hot guy. It does not mean you will exchange him for your boy friend.

it's wrong to say it to your boyfriend or his friends or family. it's hurtful and disrespectful. it's not wrong to say it when you're hanging with the girls and just talking.
btw, never never tell a bf that his best friend is hot. it will take him months to recover.

We're all human. We notice the hotness factor. But, it's not very tactfull to say it to or in front of your boyfriend.
